Dosage	Beginners: Start by taking 2 tablets with a 250 ml glass of cold water once per day, preferably in the morning. Advanced: Take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the afternoon, no later than 5 hours before bedtime. Daily portion = 2 tablets (30 servings per container).
Warnings	Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not for use by those under the age of 18.
