Usage Instructions

Add 1-2 handfuls of Magnesium Sleep Kids Bath Flakes to the water.
Stir the water to dissolve the flakes.

Gently pat dry and follow with a calming bedtime routine for a restful sleep.

Nutrition facts	750g of Magnesium Flakes contains 90g of elemental magnesium.
Allergens	Contains: milk (lactose from milk in popping candy).
Dosage	Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience. Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.
Warnings	For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores.
