| Dosage | DIATOMIT FOOD Shake & Drink: Add one measuring scoop (3 g) to a glass of drink, smoothie or yogurt. Stir. Diatoms as silica are insoluble but will form a suspension to be consumed. Enrich your dishes and baked goods by adding 1% Diatomit Food to the mixture. Adults: starting dose 1 scoop (3 g) per day dissolved in a glass of water; gradually increase daily portion up to a maximum of 15 g per day (5 scoops). Observe your body's reaction. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day. Children (from 12 years): daily serving is half that of adults (max 7.5 g/day). Not recommended for children under 12 years, breastfeeding mothers, or pregnant women. |
