Dosage	1 spray (0.2 ml) under the tongue, 30 minutes before bedtime. Shake each time before use. On first use, press 3–4 times to activate the pump. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Warnings	Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not recommended for use in children, during pregnancy or lactation. Consumption in excessive amounts may have a laxative effect. A beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed. Due to the plant extracts, the product should be used by persons above the age of 12 years.
