| Dosage | Take 1 tablet per day for a maximum of 4 days. Take the first dose upon arrival at the destination at your usual bedtime (local time). Subsequent doses should also be taken at your usual bedtime. It is important that melatonin is taken at the right time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not eat anything in the 2 hours before or after taking melatonin. Do not drink alcohol before, during, or after taking this medication. |
| Warnings | Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not give to children and young people up to 18 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy, if you think you are pregnant, if you want to become pregnant, or while breastfeeding. Not recommended for people with autoimmune diseases. Contact your doctor if you are using other medications (especially those acting on the brain/central nervous system). Not for long-term use.
