Dosage	Mix 2 scoops of powder (19g) / 1 sachet with at least 250ml water in a shaker bottle and consume 30 minutes before exercise. For first-time users, mix one scoop (9.5g) with 250ml water.
Warnings	High caffeine content (1840mg/100ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of young children. Not for use by those under the age of 18. Consult a physician before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder. Storage	Store the container tightly closed between 5–30°C (41–86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. After opening, do not store the product for more than 6 months.
