| Dosage | For individuals up to 75 kg body weight and sensitive athletes: stir a dose of 8.5 g into 150 ml of water. For individuals over 75 kg body weight and professional athletes: stir a dose of 17 g into 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 1/4 measuring scoop = approx. 8.5 g; 1/2 measuring scoop = approx. 17 g. |
