Derived from natural ancient Zechstein seabed in Europe, these flakes ⁢are rich in magnesium‌ and provide numerous health benefits. Magnesium is essential for‍ muscle function, energy production,‌ and stress relief.

Usage Instructions

Fill ⁣a bathtub with⁣ warm water.
Add 250-500g of Magnesium Flakes to the water.
Soak in the bath for ‍at least 20 minutes to allow for optimal absorption.
Use 2-3 ⁤times a week for best results.

Dosage	Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium.
Warnings	For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. If irritation occurs, stop use.
