| Dosage | Mix 10 ml of concentrate with 600–700 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). Use before, during, or after training, or during the day for body hydration. Maximum 50 ml of concentrate per day. Use the enclosed measuring cup. Do not use mineral water (may disturb osmolality and mineral balance of the drink). Shake before use. Possible sediment is not a product fault. |
