Ordering
Simple business checkout
Wholesale prices are available publicly and you do not need to apply for an account before ordering. Add products to your cart, enter your company details at checkout and complete payment — or send us a quote request first.
No account required
You can place your first wholesale order without creating or applying for an account.
Eco Supplements Wholesale is exclusively for business purchases. Businesses in the EU need a company name and a valid EU VAT number at checkout. Businesses outside the EU enter their company name and, if they wish, their customs number.
You may create an account during checkout for faster reordering, saved business details, tracking, invoices and your order history.
Payment methods
Payments are processed securely through Mollie. Card payment is available for all delivery countries.
Businesses in the EU can also pay by SEPA bank transfer. Eligible businesses may be offered Billie, which lets you pay later by invoice, subject to Billie’s approval and terms.
The payment methods shown at checkout depend on your country, your order and the payment provider’s requirements.
Full payment must be confirmed before we process and dispatch your order, unless different payment terms have been agreed in writing. Bank transfers take longer to be received and confirmed, which can delay dispatch.
Minimum order and discounts
The minimum product order value is €250, excluding VAT and shipping.
Orders with a product subtotal over €500, excluding VAT and shipping, receive an additional 5% discount, applied automatically at checkout.
The €500 threshold is assessed before this discount. The discount applies to products, not the shipping fee, and is shown in your order total before payment.
Your cart and checkout show how far you are from the minimum order and from the 5% discount.
VAT and business verification
Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Enter your correct company name, billing details and VAT number during checkout.
For businesses in the EU, the VAT number is checked with the EU’s VIES system at checkout. A valid VAT number confirms your business details for ordering purposes but does not by itself determine that an order qualifies for VAT-free invoicing.
If VIES is temporarily unavailable, customers who are logged in and whose VAT number was accepted on a recent paid order can still complete their order. We check the number again as soon as VIES is available and contact you if it turns out not to be valid. Other customers can place their order once VIES is back online.
Qualifying intra-EU business supplies may be invoiced without VAT where the applicable legal conditions are met. VAT treatment depends on the transaction, including the dispatch and delivery locations and verification requirements.
Where VAT applies, it is included in the final order calculation. You remain responsible for any acquisition VAT or other tax reporting required of your business.
Businesses outside the EU — including the UK, Switzerland and Norway — do not need an EU VAT number. See Outside the EU.
Request a quote
Want to ask about larger quantities, availability or delivery before you buy? Choose Request a quote on the cart page to send us your cart instead of paying.
We review each request and reply with a quote, usually within one business day. You receive it by email with a payment link, and it is also available in your account. The quote is valid for the period stated in it.
When shipping to your address cannot be calculated automatically, checkout offers a quote request instead of payment, and we include the shipping cost in our reply.
Invoices and your order reference
Your invoice is issued once payment is confirmed. It shows your company name and VAT number and, where no VAT is charged, the legal basis for the VAT exemption.
Enter your own purchase order number in Your order reference at checkout. It is printed on your invoice and included in your order emails.
With an account, you can download invoices and credit notes from each order in My Account. If you ordered without an account, contact us for a copy. All invoices and credit notes are issued in English.
Delivery in the EU
One order. One shipping fee.
Within the EU, we arrange delivery according to where your products are stocked. Whether your order travels in one parcel or several, the standard shipping fee stays the same. For deliveries outside the EU, see Outside the EU.
Flat-rate EU shipping: €9,90
We charge €9,90 per order, excluding applicable VAT, for delivery to EU destinations available at checkout.
This fee applies to the complete order, not to each product, parcel or dispatch location.
There is no additional shipping charge when we split your order into separate shipments.
Flexible fulfilment locations
Products may be dispatched from different European fulfilment locations, depending on where stock is available and the delivery destination.
We select the dispatch location, carrier and shipping method suitable for each shipment. This may involve GLS, Packeta, InPost or another delivery partner.
A particular warehouse, carrier or express service is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed before we accept your order.
Separate parcels and tracking
An order containing products stocked in different locations may arrive in separate parcels, on different days and through different carriers. Shipping boxes and outer packaging may also vary.
Each parcel has its own tracking number. If you have an account, your order in My Account lists every shipment — for example “1 of 2” and “2 of 2” — with a link to the carrier’s tracking page and a progress bar showing whether the order is being processed, packed, shipped or delivered. Tracking details may also be sent by email.
Please check all shipment updates before assuming that part of an order is missing. You do not need to place separate orders simply because products are fulfilled from different locations.
Processing and delivery times
We normally aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days after receiving confirmed payment and completing any necessary checks, unless another timeframe is shown or agreed.
Estimated transit time within the EU is 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the dispatch location, carrier and destination. For split orders, this estimate applies separately to each shipment.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Stock availability, remote destinations, public holidays and transport disruption can affect timing. Any essential delivery deadline must be agreed in writing before order acceptance.
Receiving your delivery
Please provide an accurate company name, delivery address, email address and phone number, and arrange for someone to receive the goods.
Pickup-point delivery is available only where offered at checkout or separately confirmed.
Check each parcel when it arrives. Do not wait for other parcels from the same order before reporting damage, a shortage or an incorrect item in a shipment already received.
Incorrect addresses and uncollected parcels
Reasonable additional costs caused by an incorrect address, missed collection or unjustified refusal of delivery may be charged to you.
We will explain any return or re-delivery charge before arranging another shipment.
These avoidable additional costs are separate from our standard shipping fee. We do not charge extra simply because we choose to split your order.
International orders
Ordering from outside the EU
We supply businesses outside the EU, for example in the UK, Switzerland, Norway and the USA. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and your goods travel with the customs documents needed for import.
FedEx shipping, calculated at checkout
Orders outside the EU are shipped with FedEx. At checkout you choose FedEx International Economy — or FedEx Regional Economy, where that is the economy service for your country — or the faster FedEx International Priority.
The price is calculated from the weight of your order and your delivery address. It includes freight, fuel surcharge, any remote-area surcharge, and the packing and handling of your shipment.
Transit time depends on the service and destination. Tracking is available for every shipment.
Delivery terms: DAP
International orders are delivered on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Import duties, import VAT and other taxes in the destination country are paid by you on arrival, together with any clearance fee the carrier charges for paying them on your behalf.
These charges are set by your local authorities and the carrier. They are not included in our prices or in the shipping cost.
Please check the expected import costs with your customs authority or customs broker before ordering.
Customs details and documents
At checkout, you can enter your customs number for import — for example your EORI number in the UK, your UID (CHE-…) in Switzerland, your organisation number in Norway or your EIN in the USA. It is saved to your account for next time.
Your invoice serves as the commercial invoice for customs. It shows the HS code and country of origin of each product, your customs number and our EORI number.
Complete customs details help the carrier clear your shipment without delay.
Quotes for other destinations
If shipping to your address cannot be calculated automatically — for example a destination we cannot price online, a very heavy order or a product without shipping data — checkout shows Request a quote instead of payment.
We reply with the total including shipping, usually within one business day. You pay by card using the link in our email or from your account.
No EU VAT number needed
Businesses outside the EU, including in the UK, Switzerland and Norway, can order without an EU VAT number. A company name is required.
Goods we deliver to an address outside the EU are invoiced without EU VAT as an export, where the applicable legal conditions are met.
Delivery addresses
Orders from businesses outside the EU must be delivered to an address outside the EU.
A delivery to an EU address must be ordered by a business with a valid EU VAT number.
Import rules in your country
Before ordering, check what your country requires to import and resell the products, such as import registrations, permits, product notifications or local labelling.
Customs may inspect, delay or hold a shipment. If an authority stops a shipment, responsibility for costs and any refund depends on the reason, each party’s obligations and applicable law, as explained under Business policies.
Order support
Delivery issues, returns and refunds
If something is wrong with your order, contact our wholesale team and include your order number so we can identify the affected shipment and help resolve the issue.
Delayed or missing shipments
If a shipment has not arrived within its estimated delivery time, or tracking shows a delivery you have not received, contact us promptly.
For split orders, check whether the remaining products have a separate tracking number or are still awaiting dispatch. With an account, every shipment is listed on your order in My Account.
We will investigate with the relevant fulfilment location and carrier. Where goods are lost or cannot be supplied, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances and your applicable rights.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Inspect each delivery promptly and report visible damage, incorrect products or shortages without delay and within 3 business days of receiving the affected shipment.
Where possible, record visible transport damage with the carrier when receiving the parcel.
If a defect could not reasonably have been discovered during the initial inspection, report it promptly after discovery. The 3-business-day period does not apply to genuinely hidden defects.
How to submit a claim
Email support@ecosupplements.eu, or use the contact button on your order in My Account, with your order number, affected products and quantities, and a description of the issue.
Include photographs of the goods, outer packaging and shipping label, together with batch or date details where relevant and reasonably available.
Keep the affected goods and packaging available for inspection. Do not resell potentially unsafe goods or dispose of them before receiving instructions, unless immediate action is required by law or necessary for safety.
B2B returns and exchanges
Wholesale orders are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis. We do not offer a general 14-day change-of-mind return period, stock rotation or automatic exchanges for unsold or over-ordered products.
Defective, damaged or incorrect goods are handled through our claims process. Other returns or exchanges require our prior written agreement.
Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Our registered company address is not a returns address.
Returns from outside the EU must be declared to customs, so we will tell you how to send them. Import duties and taxes are charged by your authorities rather than by us; whether they can be reclaimed on a return depends on your local customs rules.
Refunds and replacements
For a justified claim, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, refund or an agreed credit.
Where we are responsible for the issue, we cover reasonable return costs for any return we require.
Refunds are normally made through the original payment method, and we issue a credit note for each refund. Store credit is used instead only with your agreement. Payment-provider processing times may affect when funds appear in your account.
If we cancel your complete order before dispatch, we also refund the shipping fee. A partial product refund does not automatically refund the shipping fee where the rest of the order is delivered, unless required by the applicable remedy or law.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
Before acceptance, you may withdraw your order by notifying us. After acceptance, cancellation requires our agreement or a legal right to cancel.
Once picking, packing or dispatch has started, we may be unable to stop the order.
Any reasonable, non-recoverable costs proposed for an agreed voluntary cancellation will be explained and agreed with you. Refusing delivery does not itself cancel an order.
Working together
Product information and business responsibilities
Our store is exclusively for business customers. Please check any specific product, labelling or market requirements relevant to your business before placing an order.
Original packaging and label languages
Products are normally supplied in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Labels and detailed product information may be in English or other languages.
Using a translated version of our website does not mean that the physical products will carry labels in that language.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, our prices do not include translation, supplementary labels, local product notifications or other market-specific preparation services.
Preparing products for your market
Before ordering, check the requirements relevant to receiving and reselling the products in your intended market. For businesses outside the EU, this includes the import requirements of your country.
For the activities under your control, you are responsible for any required business registrations, product notifications, local-language labelling and compliant advertising.
Complete these requirements before the relevant activity takes place. Requirements that apply before shipment or receipt cannot be postponed until retail sale.
We remain responsible for the legal requirements applicable to our own wholesale activities, including the food information we must provide. These responsibilities are explained in our B2B Terms & Conditions.
Product details and special requirements
If you need a particular label language, formulation, batch or minimum remaining shelf life, obtain our written confirmation before ordering.
Website descriptions support product selection but are not medical advice. Check the ingredients, allergens, warnings and instructions for the actual product supplied, and contact us about any discrepancy before resale.
Store products according to their labelled requirements and keep relevant batch and traceability information.
Restricted or unavailable products
A product appearing in our catalogue is not confirmation that it is ready for retail sale, or may be imported, in every country.
We may restrict availability or decline an order where supply would be unlawful or where necessary information cannot be verified.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable or a compliance concern prevents supply, we will contact you to resolve the affected part of the order. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement, and payments for goods we decline to supply will be refunded.
If an authority restricts or stops a shipment, responsibility for costs and any refund will depend on the reason, each party’s obligations and applicable law. We do not exclude responsibility for failures attributable to us.
Accounts are optional — and useful
You do not need an account to browse prices, add products to your cart or place a wholesale order. You may create one during checkout or register separately.
With an account you can follow every shipment and the progress of each order, and download your invoices and credit notes. You can also reorder quickly from My products, which lists everything you have ordered before with your last quantities, or add the products of any previous order to your cart in one click.
Your account also lets you upload a bulk order from a file or a pasted list, download our price list, find and pay your quotes, and keep your company and customs details saved for the next order.
Whether you order as a guest or through an account, all purchases are subject to the same B2B Terms & Conditions and business-verification requirements.
Full terms and complaints
This page should be read together with our B2B Terms & Conditions, which cover order acceptance, delivery risk, liability and dispute resolution.
Send order questions or complaints to support@ecosupplements.eu. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
The terms applicable when your order was placed govern that order. Later policy updates do not automatically change an existing contract.
Order emails and privacy
We send the communications necessary to process your order, quote, payment and delivery, including tracking information, and any important product or safety notices.
If you create an account, we also use your details to provide account features such as saved information, order history, tracking and invoice downloads.
Optional marketing is handled separately, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Information about personal-data processing is available in our Privacy Policy.
