Basic dose: 2 capsules per day (1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the afternoon). Intensive protocol: 4 capsules per day – especially during the first 12 weeks. In states of particular need, doubling the daily portion is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. |
