Dosage	For those up to 75 kg body weight and sensitive athletes: mix 8.5 g (approx. 1/4 measuring scoop) in 150 ml of water. For those over 75 kg body weight or professional athletes: mix 17 g (approx. 1/2 measuring scoop) in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings	Food supplement with sweeteners. High caffeine content (200 mg/17 g serving; 100 mg/8.5 g serving) — not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Intended mainly for adult sportsmen. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Tingling sensation on skin and initial burning sensation on lips (caused by Bioperine® black pepper extract) are natural reactions to the active ingredients and subside within approx. 15 minutes.
