This category covers mass gainer and carbohydrate powders from 25 brands. Applied Nutrition has the largest selection with 59 products, followed by Trained by JP, Mutant, Naughty Boy and Ostrovit. Other names include BioTechUSA, Olimp Nutrition, Nutrend, Evogen, Dorian Yates, Reflex Nutrition and Rule One.

What is in the range

• Viktökare: tubs and bags from 2000g up to 9070g, such as Mutant Mass Extreme 2500, R1 Clean Gainer, Lean Gainer Armageddon and Game Changer Mass.
• Kolhydratpulver: flavoured powders such as Carb X, Carbonox, Karbolyn Hydrate, GlycoBol and HR Labs Cream of Carbs, plus Cream of Rice and Cream of Oats from Raw Nutrition, Apex Formulas and Trained by JP.
• Dextros och maltodextrin: a small subcategory of plain powders, including NOW Foods Dextrose in 907 g.

Formats and flavours

Most lines are powders, with pack sizes from single-serving portions (80g, 125g) to multi-kilo tubs. Carbosnack Tube is sold as 12 x 50g. Flavours run from chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel to cola, watermelon and orange, and Vitalyn Powder is available unflavoured.
