Dosage	Mix 8.5 g (half a scoop) in 150 ml of water for athletes up to 75 kg body weight or sensitive athletes. For athletes over 75 kg body weight or advanced training level, mix 17 g (one full scoop) in 300 ml of water. Consume approximately 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The 255 g package provides approximately 30 servings at 8.5 g or 15 servings at 17 g.
