This category groups three product types, each with its own page: Bee Pollen, Propolis and Royal Jelly. You will also find manuka honey in MGO grades from 70+ to 550+, plus linden and multiflower honey.

Formats include capsules, softgels, chewable tablets, lozenges, drops, syrup and liquid extracts, with pollen and honey sold by weight. Pack sizes in the product names run from 20-piece lozenges and 60-capsule bottles to jars and tubs of 125 g, 250 g, 500 g and 1000 g. Brands include Swanson, NOW Foods, Manuka Health, Egmont Honey, OstroVit, Solgar, Holland & Barrett, Natur Tanya and Munkens Hälsa.

Health food shops, pharmacies, online retailers and distributors typically stock these lines next to their botanicals or honey ranges. Gyms and studios with a retail corner may add them to a small supplement shelf.
