Ingredients and formats

L-Carnitine is the largest subcategory, with plain L-carnitine, acetyl L-carnitine and L-carnitine tartrate in capsules, vcaps and tablets. Liquid versions come as multipack shots, such as 9 x 25 ml, 12 x 60 ml and 12 x 80 ml, and as bottles from 465 ml to 1000 ml in a range of flavours.

The CLA lines are mostly softgels and capsules, and the green tea extract lines are mainly capsules. Combination products such as CLA + Green Tea + L-Carnitine from Ostrovit (90 capsules) are listed alongside multi-ingredient capsules, tablets and flavoured powders.
