| Dosage | For first time users: start by mixing 1 heaping scoop of powder (9.5g) with at least 250ml of water, to test the product's powerful impact. For regular users: mix 2 heaping scoops of powder (19g) with at least 250–350ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before exercise. |
