| Dosage | Test First: Apply a small amount to the inner fold of the elbow. Leave on for 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes the heat is too intense, wash off immediately with soap and water and discontinue use. Directions: Apply a thin layer 5 to 10 minutes prior to training. Apply directly to biceps and triceps in a circular motion until liquid is fully absorbed. Reapply as needed. Close cap tightly after use. Wipe down any equipment that Guns of Steel comes in contact with. |
