| Dosage | For a full serving, mix 300g (approximately two level 250ml measures, scoop included in bag) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender until smooth. New users may find it easier to start with a half serving and then slowly increase to one or more full servings per day. Recommended consumption is one 300g serving per day.
