| Dosage | Using a blender: Healthy adults only: mix 1 serving (140g) with 8–20 fl oz (240–600 ml) of cold water, milk or other beverage and blend to desired consistency. Using a shaker cup: Healthy adults only: mix 1 serving (140g) with 8–24 fl oz (240–720 ml) of cold water, milk or other beverage and shake to desired consistency. Always add liquid first, then add Mutant Mass. You may use up to 2 servings per day. On training days, take 1 serving (4 scoops) immediately after workout. On non-training days, take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops in the afternoon. |
