| Dosage | For ISOTONIC drink: 35 g (slightly heaped scoop) per 500 ml of still water (osmolality 275–305 mOsm/kg). For HYPOTONIC drink: 35 g per 750 ml of still water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). Do not use mineral water. |
