| Dosage | DIATOMIT FOOD Shake & Drink: Add one measuring scoop (3 g) to a glass of drink, smoothie or yogurt. Stir. Diatoms as silica are insoluble but will form a suspension to be consumed. Enrich your dishes and baked goods by adding 1% Diatomit Food to the mixture. Adults: starting dose 1 scoop (3 g) per day dissolved in a glass of water; gradually increase daily portion up to a maximum of 15 g per day (5 scoops). Observe your body's reaction. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day. Children (from 12 years): daily serving is half that of adults (max 7.5 g/day). Not recommended for children under 12 years, breastfeeding mothers, or pregnant women. |
| Warnings | Diatomaceous earth is a dusty mineral with desiccating properties. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the dispersed product, as it may cause irritation of the respiratory tract. Do not allow the product to get into the eyes.
